To make your purchase you can register as a customer, thus having the necessary data for contact, shipping and billing. The process is done by filling out the registration form and it will only be necessary on your first purchase.

Do not worry about carrying out this operation before starting to buy, the system will take care of asking you for your registration at the necessary time.

After registration, the system will provide you with "User" and "Password" keys, which you can use for successive purchases or inquiries. In case you don't remember your passwords, press "Forgot your password" or contact us and we will provide them.

The detailed steps of the purchasing process are as follows:

1. PRODUCT CHOICE

Select the desired product. Click the "add to cart" button that comes with the product. The chosen product will be added to your shopping cart (on the right of the page), where you can indicate the number of units you want. Repeat this operation with all those products that you want to buy.

When you have added all the chosen products, access the shopping cart (on the right of the page). If you want to add new products once in the shopping cart, simply click on "Continue shopping" and you will return to the product area in store.

If you want a product and can't find it, please contact our Customer Service Department and we will be happy to assist you.

2. SELECTION OF THE PAYMENT METHOD

Select one of the payment methods that we offer depending on your needs.

3. CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER

Once the entire purchase process is complete, we send you an email to the email address that you have provided, which contains all the details of your order. Please, if you do not receive it, contact our Customer Service.

If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, the bank account to which you can make the transfer will also be indicated.

In order to speed up the activation of your purchase, send our Customer Service the proof of transfer by email, clearly specifying your name and the order number indicated in the confirmation email.

Product availability is subject to in-store stock. If any product is promptly out of stock, we will inform you immediately.
